Soft Build Hub is a software agency based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, providing web development, web design, mobile app development and SEO services to clients in Bangladesh and abroad.

You may browse and use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Our Services

The Services page describes the web development, web design, mobile app development and SEO services we offer, along with indicative starter packages and pricing. These are a starting point to help you understand what's possible — the exact scope, timeline, deliverables and final price for any project are agreed in writing (by email or a signed proposal/invoice) before work begins.

4. Project Engagements & Payment

Where we agree to carry out a project for you:

  • Scope, timeline, milestones and pricing will be set out in a quote, proposal or agreement specific to that project
  • We may request a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due at agreed milestones or on completion
  • Timelines are estimates and may be affected by delays in receiving content, feedback or approvals from you
  • Late or non-payment may result in work being paused until outstanding amounts are settled

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Site's own content, design and code belong to Soft Build Hub. For client projects, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (such as a website or app) transfers to you upon full payment, while we retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Third-Party Links & Embedded Content

The Site may link to or embed third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Build Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services, beyond the fees paid for the relevant project.

8. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who misuses it or violates these Terms. Either party may end an ongoing project engagement as set out in that project's specific agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
